Telephone Screening

We’ll start with a short telephone conversation to understand your experience and give you a feel for the role, helping us both see if it feels like the right fit.

1st Stage Interview

Your first interview helps us understand you — your experience, your approach and what you value — and see how this aligns with the role and our culture.

2nd Stage Interview

In the second stage, you’ll meet with a Director and Hiring Manager, and it centres around who you are, what you value and how you’d contribute to our culture at Strata.

Welcome Meeting with Owner & Chairman

Following your offer, you’ll have a welcome meeting with Andrew Weaver, our Owner and Chairman. It's an opportunity to hear more about the story behind Strata, our values and what we’re working towards, connecting you to the heart of the business before you even start.
